You can now view your Upfront exceptions on the web via ActiveLoan.
Identifying these exceptions will enable you to claim them sooner therefore reducing delays in receiving payments. Simply log in to ActiveLoan and click on the tab "Exception Payment". You will see three headings.
- My Exceptions - These will only appear under your log in and will contain Upfront exceptions that have been identified by the paying Bank as belonging to you. To claim these click on "How to Claim" and follow the instructions.
- Claimed Exceptions - Any Global Exceptions that you claim will appear here and remain until they are cleared.
- Global Exceptions
- This includes all Upfront exceptions that have not been identified as belonging to a particular Loan Writer.
- To claim these select the exception, click on "Claim" and follow the instructions.
Cleared exceptions will drop off the lists overnight.
