With a Lawfund Professional Fee Plan you get paid the full amount of your invoice now and your business clients pay the invoice in manageable monthly instalments – they can choose 6 to 12 instalments.
It reduces your debtors and saves your time and resources devoted to chasing payment. Your client does not need to apply for finance – for them it is a competitive new source of cash flow finance.
Once accredited as a Lawfund PFP member the process is simple and payment can take less than 48 hours. You complete the fee plan request form and send in invoices issued for business related matters dated up to the last 60 days, your client signs the contract and the funds will then be deposited into your account.
This service is currently only available to members in the legal profession.
To get accredited:
- Join Lawfund as a Professional Fee Plan member
- Complete and return the Professional Fee Plan agreement
To set you up quickly both documents should be faxed to (02) 9240 8958. Original documents should then be posted to PO Box R152, Royal Exchange NSW 1225.
Once you are accredited it's easy, simply
- You complete the request form and fax to Lawfund Specialist Lending Unit
- The Lawfund Specialist Lending Unit issues a contract for your client to sign and return to Lawfund
- Funds are deposited directly to your account
